Aocesk primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. We accept MasterCard and VISA through PayPal.

We also accept credit card payments with Visa and Mastercard.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY ACCOUNT BE DEBITED IN?

All our transactions are based on GBP. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate for your chosen currency, depending on the website you are on.

HOW CAN I CHANGE/CORRECT MY ORDER?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact our support center.
Please note that we can only assist you with changes before your order is shipped.
Once your package has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you haven't received a confirmation email for your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for further information about your order.
