Cancellation
We accept cancellations of orders before shipment or production. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation is not possible if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
For a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Notes
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the selected shipping company.
If the received goods are damaged or faulty due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account.
